The formula we publish
Customer estimate = billable lb × $1.75 + destination delivery fee + $35 if we pick up on the corridor. Billable lb = max(actual, L×W×H ÷ 166).
Worked example (Ukraine)
20 lb to Ukraine with door pickup: (20 × $1.75) + $15 + $35 = $85.00. Change the country in the calculator to swap the destination fee and ETA.
What changes the final invoice
Re-weigh at pickup, dimensional corrections, prohibited-item removals, extra flights of stairs beyond what was booked, or off-corridor logistics. We flag extras before you owe them when we can measure them.

Are duties included?
No. Destination customs duties/taxes are separate unless a specific DDP product is agreed in writing.
Fuel surcharges?
Not as a surprise line on the website estimate. Lane surcharges, if any for a booking, appear on the confirmed quote.
