Door pickup runs on the same New York ↔ Florida corridor as our small-load moves: NYC, New Jersey, Philadelphia area, Washington DC / Maryland / Virginia, the Carolinas, and South Florida (Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Sunny Isles, Hallandale). ZIP outside the route? We’ll say so before you pay — bring freight to a stop on the corridor or we decline.

What people send
Clothes, shoes, household goods, kids’ items, small electronics (when allowed), and luggage for family. Store-bought goods can be included when paperwork matches personal use — commercial wholesale is a different channel.

Air vs sea (do not mix)
Air: $1.75/lb · planning 10–18 business days after corridor pickup.
Sea: $0.95/lb · planning 4–8 weeks after corridor pickup · min billable 10 lb.
Pick one mode in the calculator. Price and ETA belong to that mode only — sea is not “slow air.”
Door pickup +$35 and Ukraine delivery $15 apply to both. Example 20 lb air with pickup ≈ $85.00.
Batteries, liquids, medicines
Spare lithium and power banks: no. Devices with installed batteries need a pre-check. E-bikes / scooters: usually no. Aerosols and flammables: no. Sealed non-perfume liquids only if we clear them; alcohol: no. Medicines and most supplements: no on this lane. Do not pack prescriptions “for family”.
Air lanes are usually stricter on batteries and aerosols than sea — still declare everything before packing.
Customs notes (orientation, not legal advice)
Orientation: personal-use parcels often aim for ≤ ~150 EUR value and ≤ ~50 kg with a clear contents list. Manufacturer-packed non-perishable food is sometimes limited (~10 kg). Alcohol, cigarettes, and medicines are typical hard nos. Confirm on quote — thresholds change.
Receiver name, phone, and city/region in Ukraine must be reachable — last-mile fails without a live contact.
