Door pickup runs on the same New York ↔ Florida corridor as our small-load moves: NYC, New Jersey, Philadelphia area, Washington DC / Maryland / Virginia, the Carolinas, and South Florida (Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Sunny Isles, Hallandale). ZIP outside the route? We’ll say so before you pay — bring freight to a stop on the corridor or we decline.

• Weapons, ammo, fireworks, explosives, replicas
• Prescription medicines and most OTC drugs / dietary supplements unless destination explicitly allows
• Alcohol, tobacco, cigarettes
• Cash, passports, birth certificates, stocks / bonds
• Live animals, perishable food that spoils, plants / seeds / soil
• Drones, electric scooters, and many devices shipped with installed lithium packs
• Military / dual-use gear (body armor, thermal imagers, etc.) when export rules apply

Often needs a pre-check before we schedule pickup:
• Phones, laptops, and small electronics with installed batteries (often OK only if declared and packed to airline rules)
• Dry-cell (alkaline) batteries in devices — usually easier than lithium; still declare
• Liquids that are not aerosols (oils, lotions, sealed cosmetics) — country-dependent
• New retail goods in bulk (looks commercial at customs)
• Kitchen knives packed as household goods
• Food in manufacturer packaging — weight caps by country

Ukraine: Batteries — Spare lithium and power banks: no. Devices with installed batteries need a pre-check. E-bikes / scooters: usually no. Liquids — Aerosols and flammables: no. Sealed non-perfume liquids only if we clear them; alcohol: no. Medicines — Medicines and most supplements: no on this lane. Do not pack prescriptions “for family”.
Germany: Batteries — Spare lithium / power banks: no. E-devices with batteries need pre-check. Liquids — Aerosols, perfumes as spray, flammables, alcohol: no. Medicines — Medicines / many supplements: restricted — ask before packing.
Poland: Batteries — Spare lithium no. Installed device batteries only with pre-check. Liquids — Aerosols / flammables / alcohol: no. Medicines — Prescription meds and many supplements: expect a no unless we clear in writing.
United Kingdom: Batteries — Spare lithium and power banks: no. Phones/laptops may be OK if declared and packed to airline rules. Liquids — Aerosols / flammables / alcohol: no. Medicines — Prescription medicines: generally no. Ask before any OTC.
Canada: Batteries — Spare lithium no. Personal electronics with batteries: declare. Liquids — Aerosols / flammables / alcohol: no on this product. Medicines — Prescription drugs: no. Many supplements restricted.
Israel: Batteries — Spare lithium no; strict screening on electronics. Liquids — Aerosols / flammables / alcohol: no. Medicines — Medicines: typically prohibited without special clearance.
Kazakhstan: Batteries — Spare lithium no. Liquids — Aerosols / alcohol / flammables: no. Medicines — Medicines / many supplements: no.
Moldova: Batteries — Same as global: spare lithium no; declare devices with batteries. Liquids — Aerosols / alcohol: no. Medicines — Medicines and dietary supplements (БАДы): typically prohibited.
