Door pickup runs on the same New York ↔ Florida corridor as our small-load moves: NYC, New Jersey, Philadelphia area, Washington DC / Maryland / Virginia, the Carolinas, and South Florida (Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Sunny Isles, Hallandale). ZIP outside the route? We’ll say so before you pay — bring freight to a stop on the corridor or we decline.

What this product is
Package forwarding here means: freight already sitting at a US address we can reach with a van — apartment, house, storage unit, or a US hub we confirm on the quote — then door collection, consolidation when it helps, and the international leg.
It is not a magic “any Amazon locker in Ohio” service. Off-corridor addresses need a handoff plan. We say so before you pay.
What this product is not (yet)
A published personal US street address you can paste into every checkout is our warehouse product. When we have capacity for your lane, we give you the address on the quote — we do not invent an address on the marketing site.
Canada is personal parcels only on Duma International — no retail-forwarding lane to Canada.
How pricing works
Same public tariff as other door pickups: $1.75/lb billable + destination delivery + $35 corridor pickup. Extra consolidation or warehouse handling, if needed, appears on the confirmed quote.
Use the calculator with your destination and cargo type, then note “forwarding / store packages” in the request.

Do you give me a US address for Amazon?
Only when a US warehouse slot is confirmed for your booking. Until then, ship to an address on our corridor that you control, or ask us what is available.
Can you forward to Canada?
No store-forwarding lane to Canada. Personal parcels you already have at a US corridor address — yes.
iHerb / eBay / multiple sellers?
Yes in principle if packages land where we can collect. List sellers and expected dates in the notes.
