Door pickup runs on the same New York ↔ Florida corridor as our small-load moves: NYC, New Jersey, Philadelphia area, Washington DC / Maryland / Virginia, the Carolinas, and South Florida (Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Sunny Isles, Hallandale). ZIP outside the route? We’ll say so before you pay — bring freight to a stop on the corridor or we decline.

Faster. Stricter on batteries, aerosols, liquids. Min billable usually 1 lb.
Sea
$0.95 per billable pound · ETA in weeks (e.g. Ukraine 4–8 weeks).
Slower. Better for bulky/heavy. Min billable 10 lb.

Volumetric weight uses the divisor for the selected mode.
Example
20 lb to Ukraine with door pickup — Air: (20 × $1.75) + $15 + $35 = $85.00.
Same 20 lb — Sea: (20 × $0.95) + $15 + $35 = $69.00 (weeks, not days).
What is not in the web estimate
Destination customs duties/taxes, optional crating, off-corridor logistics, and packing labor beyond standard pickup. Those appear only if we agree them on the quote.

Can I mix air price with sea ETA?
No. Mode is one choice — price and ETA always belong to that mode.
Is this cheaper than FedEx/Meest?
For one tiny carton, often no. For van-sized awkward freight with door collection, compare full-trip cost — that is our lane.
Minimum charge?
Air floors near 1 lb; sea floors at 10 lb billable. Practical minimums may apply — we will say so.
