We pick up at your door on the New York ↔ Florida corridor (same vans that run Mini Moving). Then we ship overseas and arrange delivery in the destination country. You see an estimate in the calculator before sharing a phone number.

For one small carton near a Meest branch, the counter is often enough. We fit van-sized awkward freight — stacks of boxes, luggage, furniture, walk-ups — when hauling to a shop is the hard part. See Meest alternative.

No account suite number is required for a standard door pickup of goods you already have. Shop USA / package forwarding uses a confirmed US receiving address only when we open that lane for your booking — we do not invent a public warehouse address on the marketing site.

You get an on-screen estimate. Leave a contact and we confirm contents, access, and billable weight before pickup. The confirmed quote is what we work to — not a surprise after the van is loaded.

Public math: $1.75 per billable pound (actual or volumetric, whichever greater) + destination delivery fee + $35 corridor door pickup. Volumetric: L×W×H (inches) ÷ 166. The calculator shows the live total.

It is a planning estimate. Final invoice follows confirmed weight, dimensions, contents, and access. Duties/taxes at destination are separate unless we agree DDP in writing.

Destination customs duties and taxes, optional wood crating, packing labor beyond standard pickup, and off-corridor logistics. Those appear only if we agree them on the quote.

For one tiny carton — often no. For door collection of van-sized freight, compare the full trip (your time + car + counter wait + overseas fee). That is our lane. Open the calculator with your destination and cargo type.

Door pickup on the I-95 corridor: NYC, New Jersey, Philadelphia area, Washington DC / MD / VA, Carolinas, and Florida (including Miami / Fort Lauderdale / Sunny Isles). Same corridor crew as Mini Moving.

Tell us before you pay. We either plan a meet / handoff or say no. We do not pretend every US address is a free door stop.

Yes — or an adult with access who can open the door / dock and confirm the inventory. Condo dock times and COI requests should be in the booking notes.

Moving crew, not a lobby cart. Stairs, freight elevators, and dock windows are planned before the van arrives — mention them when you book.

Most customers pack cartons themselves. We secure the load in the van. Full packing / crating can be quoted when you ask on the lead.

Yes when it fits the van and destination rules. Soft furniture, flat-pack, and single pieces are common. Oversized / heavy pieces need a pre-check — use the calculator notes.

Billable weight uses actual or volumetric (÷ 166). Very light bulky cartons often bill on volume. Extreme oversized pieces need a preliminary check before you pack.

Usual hard nos: spare lithium / wet batteries and power banks; aerosols and flammables; weapons and ammo; prescription medicines and many supplements; alcohol and tobacco; cash and passports; live animals and perishables; drones / scooters with lithium packs. Full list: What you can’t ship.

Spare lithium and power banks: no. Phones/laptops with installed batteries often need a pre-check. E-bikes and scooters: usually no. Country notes on the restrictions guide.

Aerosols and flammables: no. Alcohol: no on our standard lanes. Sealed lotions/oils only if the destination allows — ask before packing.

Prescription meds: no. Many OTC drugs and dietary supplements are banned or treated like medicines (especially Ukraine, Moldova, Central Asia). Do not pack “for family” without written clearance.

Yes. Ukraine and Moldova are strict on medicines; EU gift parcels often have very low duty-free cushions; Canada is personal-parcels only on Duma International. See Customs limits by country and What you can’t ship.

No. Destination duties and taxes are separate unless a written DDP product is agreed. We help with paperwork; we do not guarantee duty-free clearance.

A clear contents list with approximate values (CN23-style detail — not “used items”). Receiver name, phone, and address must be reachable. We confirm country-specific forms on the quote.

Orientation only: Ukraine personal parcels often aim for ~150 EUR / ~50 kg class with no medicines/alcohol/cigarettes; Poland gift duty-free is often cited ~45 EUR; many other EU gift consolidations have little free allowance; Canada assesses by contents. Confirm on quote — see Customs limits.

Duties, taxes, and storage fees at destination are the shipper/receiver responsibility unless we agreed otherwise in writing. Accurate declarations reduce holds.

Yes when packages land where our van can stop — your corridor address, a meet, or a confirmed US warehouse slot. See Shop USA and Package forwarding.

Only when a receiving slot is confirmed for your booking. Until then, ship to an address on our corridor that you control, or ask what is available. We do not publish a fake suite number.

Yes when it saves money. Say “consolidate” on the quote. Two pickups are also fine if timing is urgent.

Purchasing / buy-out is available on request. Default product is pickup of goods you already ordered.

Depends on the mode you pick — air and sea never share one ETA. Air is business days (e.g. Ukraine 10–18; Germany 7–21). Sea is weeks (e.g. Ukraine 4–8; Germany 5–8). The calculator shows the ETA for the selected mode only, plus both bands for comparison.

Air: faster, higher $/lb, stricter on batteries/aerosols. Sea: slower (weeks), lower $/lb, better for bulky/heavy (sea has a higher min billable weight). Pick one in the calculator — they are different products.

Mode depends on country and quote. We confirm last-mile style (door vs pickup point) before you pay.

We share status updates and a tracking reference after the overseas leg is booked. Keep a live phone number for the receiver — failed delivery attempts cost time.
