Door pickup runs on the same New York ↔ Florida corridor as our small-load moves: NYC, New Jersey, Philadelphia area, Washington DC / Maryland / Virginia, the Carolinas, and South Florida (Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Sunny Isles, Hallandale). ZIP outside the route? We’ll say so before you pay — bring freight to a stop on the corridor or we decline.

1. Door pickup
We collect boxes, luggage, furniture, or household goods at your address on the corridor. You get a time window; we weigh/measure and load with moving equipment — not a hand truck from a copy shop.
2. Hub
Freight stages at our NY/NJ or Florida side hub depending on where we collected. No theater of six warehouse transfers you cannot name.
3. International leg — air or sea
You choose Air or Sea in the calculator. They are different products: air is days and higher $/lb; sea is weeks and lower $/lb. We consolidate and ship on the mode you booked — never mix air price with sea ETA.
4. Delivery abroad
In-country delivery to the receiver. Destination fee and ETA appear in the calculator. Receiver phone number is not optional.
