ZIP outside the route? We’ll say so before you pay — bring freight to a stop on the corridor or we decline.

Cartons and seals
Double-wall for books and dishes. New or excellent used cartons only — grocery soft walls fail mid-route. H-tape top and bottom. No twine as the only closure.
Inside the box
Fill voids so nothing migrates. Plates on edge with paper. Liquids only if destination rules allow — usually better to omit. Put a paper inventory under the top flap.
Labels
Contents summary + approximate weight + your phone. “Fragile” when true. Remove old Amazon labels so hubs do not scan the wrong barcode.

Not a cardboard problem alone — tell us in the calculator so we bring blankets, film, and a bike box plan.
